Q: Can I bring my pet's bed?
A: Absolutely! Please feel free to bring anything that will
make your pet feel more at home.
Q: Should I bring my pet's food?
A: We recommend that you do bring your pet's food. Any
change in diet can instigate diarrhea. In order to avoid any
unnecessary stress, it is always a good idea to bring your pet's
food.
Q: Can I show up whenever I want to drop
off or pick up my pet?
A: No. We only allow drop off or pick up by appointment.
Please be on time for your appointment as we may not be able to wait
on you depending on other scheduled activities.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: No. We accept personal checks, money orders and cash.
Q: What if I forget my checkbook?
A: There are ATMs located in both Eaton and Albany. We
will be happy to give you directions to the nearest ATM before
checking your pet out. Payment is due when you check out your
pet. We can no longer allow clients to pick up their pet and
send a check later. We also do not accept postdated checks.
Q: I see you are closed on Wednesdays
and Holidays. Can I make special arrangements to bring my pet
on those days?
A: No, we do not make exceptions. We maintain a 6 day a
week availability for your convenience except in Holiday situations.
At this time you can pick up/drop off your pet on Sunday. In
exchange for this convenience we do not open on Wednesdays.
